Y desde aquel momento otros nombres también quedaron escritos en Quilmes, los nombres de los victimarios, torturadores, cómplices y encubridores: SORIA, Juan Pedro, Ex – comisario, acusado de no evitar la tortura siendo el responsable de la dependencia y estando presente en el lugar. AVILA, Gustavo, PEDREIRA, Fernando, GOMEZ, Jorge, GUZMAN, Juan, D´ELIA, Hugo, acusados de torturas y golpes. GOMEZ, Jorge, GROSSO, Fernanda, GONGORA, Franco, ALTAMIRANO, Gustavo, VUJOVICH, Basilio, acusados de golpes cuando requisaron y evacuaron los adolescentes detenidos. Sus nombres están escritos en la causa penal de tribunales, en la exoneración que merecieron y en la vergüenza de cambiar el cuidado de la vida por ser agentes de la muerte. Sus nombres asociados a la Masacre de Quilmes jamás serán olvidados. La causa fue investigada por la UFI 4 a cargo del Dr. Nievas Woodgate. En agosto del 2008 se cerró la instrucción. Un año después, en agosto del 2009, el Juez Golberg eleva la causa a juicio oral con los delitos de apremios ilegales, tormentos y estrago culposo seguido de muerte.
